Welcome to ALAP 2011-2012

11/15/11: Updates - The next ALAP PTA meeting will be on Wednesday, 11/16 at 7 PM.  The meeting will take place in the conference room in the conference room at the former Nathaniel Greene Elementary School, next to Gorton Jr. High, 69 Draper Ave, Warwick.  Immediately following the PTA meeting will be the first ALAP University 2012 Committee meeting.  This meeting will last approximately 30 minutes.  An agenda for the PTA meeting, as well as prior meeting minutes, will be emailed prior to the meeting.

The annual magazine sales fundraiser is still going on.  We extended the sales contest until 11/15.  Please be reminded that the fundraiser itself does not end on that date.  People can continue to purchase magazines throughout the year.  In fact, we have been receiving revenue from last year’s sales as recently as last month!  Please also remember that this is the only fundraising effort we undertake, so participation is very important to the program’s bottom line.

Our next ‘ALAP Dinner Out’ event will take place on Tuesday, 11/22/11, at Chili’s, on Rt 2.  The flyer/coupon needed will be distributed via email when we get the final draft back from Chili’s management.  If you are are unsure that you are on the email distribution list, please contact the ALAP PTA via the ‘Contact’ tab from the home page.
